Small Biz Holiday Gift Guide

Posted by Kat Salemno on

I’m so excited to share our Small Business Holiday Gift Guide with you. We’ve teamed up with 8 other small businesses to bring you gift ideas for friends, family, work-mates, teachers, and more!

Over the past decade, shopping small has become more and more important to me. When you buy from a small business, you are directly supporting individuals and families. When you shop small,  you can find unique and handmade gifts that aren't available in big box stores. And your purchase goes further because you are helping small business owners buy groceries, pay their bills, or save for a special trip. When you shop small, you're supporting someone's dream!

Every business featured here is women-owned or owned by a husband-and-wife team. I know that, as I scroll through these beautiful products, I can think of someone on my list that would love to receive each one.

Good Faith Handmade

Caitlin from Good Faith Handmade creates minimalist coconut soy wax and 100% soy wax container candles, maximalist soy wax melt bars, and room & linen spray. Creating a candle that performs well was Caitlin's main motivation to start candlemaking. She was looking for beautiful safe scents, in a candle that burned to the bottom and didn't leave lots of wax behind. Candlemaking turned into a real creative outlet once Caitlin started making wax melts and blending her own scents. She enjoys interpreting scent into an abstract colorful art piece, and having the scent match the vibrancy of the colors and performance.

Gift Idea: Fall & Winter Wax Melt Bars

These beautiful soy wax melt bars are handcrafted with clean fragrance oils (no phthalates and no prop65 toxins) and ethically-sourced mica. The bars colorful maximalist look provides a full sensory experience, coupled with a strong fragrance throw. These generously sized bars provide approximately 40+ hours of fragrance enjoyment.
